A "101" foundation in generative AI literacy that prepares researchers before the thematic tribes. An open learning format with no external deliverable — the conceptual foundation underpinning Radar and Augmented Productivity.

Making a simple request to an AI is no longer enough for excellence. It's time to level up with agent engineering! The challenge is not finding a "magic prompt", but organizing multiple prompts and models into an agent architecture capable of planning, executing, and self-correcting.

AI agents as copilots for PMO and Engineering to produce deliverables with method — traceable, reproducible, and quality-controlled. From improvised to methodical generation, in the spirit of the CPMAI lifecycle.
